The following is a copy of an email that came from the RFL via their outsourcing survey company:
Hello,
As you know, The RFL are currently running an assessment of their services with Investor in Customers. The results from this process allow them to improve their customer experience and the services you use.
Whilst recognising it is a particular busy time of the year for you, The RFL are keen to hear from as many of their customers as possible, so if you could kindly set aside a few minutes to participate it would be greatly appreciated.
You can access the survey through the link below, and your responses will remain anonymous unless you opt to share your details.
The timing could not have been better! They want to know if they are doing everything that we, as supporters, expect.
If you feel in anyway aggrieved about the 'U Turn' by the RFL when they reinstated both Doncaster's and Batlery's 'Points Deductions' for playing an ineligible player then please let them have your thoughts.
Had Batley's points deduction not been reinstated then you would have finished in 8th position and qualified for the play-offs. Additionally, I would assume that you would have also received more funding than you will at present for next Season.

I clicked on the link and learned that the computer I use has already been used to complete the survey. Not to my knowledge.
No doubt, despite criticism of the RFL from Dr Koukash to the west and Mr Hudgell to the east, they will just publicise Quest and others,to justify their existence and tell of their professionalism as a governing body.
Just a shame Sally Bolton and other ladies couldn't take over each and every department from top to bottom. They just lurch from calamity to crisis and back again, continually, and we are left with utter dismay less than a year after the so-called feel good factor of the World Cup.
Can only feel sorry for the followers of Keighley Cougars over the decades.

The RFL has Rules that, for whatever reason (best known to themselves) fail to be applied in a constantly 'fair' basis. Those who criticise the RFL are treated differently to those who 'toe the line'.
Sheffield and Whitehaven have both lost-out because Doncaster and Batley broke the Rules for which they have not been punished.
Thanks for your comments 'Red-Devils-PAW', sorry to hear that.
However, it is possible to sign the following Petition, if you wish, and also add your comments:
