Is he any good, in your opinion?

Whenever I see him, he looks a real handful, but when you mention him on other boards, no one seems to rate him (at all).
I thought I'd ask the guys who seem him every week for clarification.

Struggles for consistency and fitness, when he's on his game he's a handful but has struggled over the last year and a half.

He's had some top games, and some poor ones too. Generally does a good job when picked, but seems to have fallen down the pecking order.

IMO he would have been a good player in eras gone by - just doesn't seem to have the attributes of a a modern player.
