Again, don't be too hard on Barton Willmore per say, they are just doing the job they are being paid to do by an objector. Even murderers get a barrister... if you get my point!

That said, I am fairly certain that as Andrew is 'questioning' them, and indeed they are expert hired guns, that he will not go easy on them... and I expect the inspector will let him!

He is the only witness scheduled in for Friday, but they have him down for 3 hours speaking & 2 hours cross examination.

So, the answer is... go in the morning for the start at 10am, if you go in the afternoon they might have gone home for the weekend!

After hearing today's news on LCC can they really afford to be in a costly wrangle with us over this. I know they have duty to their public but surely in economic time like this and today's announcement They ought to do the right thing financially and prioritise other spending areas before this.

A real below the belt stunt by the Cas chairman; he is like another Ted Richardson but just in the black and yellow corner. Surely the Leeds barristers defense cannot hold up a argument about a invisible ground in glasshoughton this should just be dissmissed how can we talk about a ground that isn't even there? Quite baffling and it just shows the lack of argument the defense has ; its pathetic.

Why not contact the tory office for Leeds and get them to confront mr Wakefield about wasting tax payers money on this and ask him why is he stopping 2000 jobs in Wakefield after all people from Leeds may apply for these jobs too..??
