The frustrating thing will be if the decision comes down to that there is no need because you can share elsewhere, and then RW's little input will have allowed us both to be dragged down together.

Richard Wright knows if we get this he is finished. If he pulls us down then he wins. He realises we will both have crappy grounds and both fail to reach required standards but he will still have his plot of land at GH with planning and that will be enough to give him the edge at the next franchise round.

You know full well what an emotive topic this is an choose to have a laugh with it.

Others I won't name speak without knowledge of the case or legislation, you on the other hand have a grasp of both, yet choose to bend both to match what little (& shrinking) case you have. Guess that comes from the colour of shirt you wear.Jokes obviously... cough

Are they continuing all week? I might go down on Friday if so.

Yes, they sit everyday except Monday's.

On the bill the Friday is :DRUMMER:

John Francis - Yorkcourt's Planning expert witness.

He is the only witness scheduled in for Friday, but they have him down for 3 hours speaking & 2 hours cross examination.

So, the answer is... go in the morning for the start at 10am, if you go in the afternoon they might have gone home for the weekend!

Does the the Yorkcourt representive or whoever get to question LCC and Barton Willmore or not?

Yes, Yorkcourt's barrister Andrew gets to cross examine Leeds City Council's representatives. Barton Willmore are not appearing in a statutory role, they are just appearing on behalf of an objector. This means that Yorkcourt (Andrew) get to ask them 'questions' as opposed to a cross examination, however, given that they are planning consultants I expect that the inspector will allow him quite a bit of leeway and this will appear more like a cross examination I expect.

Yes , infact it seems that anyone can stand up and question anyone as happened this afternoon

This is only true of witnesses called directly by statutory parties. So in this case witnesses called by Yorkcourt, WMDC & LCC.

When it comes to us mere mortals, or the public, as I like to call us, then in our case only LCC and the inspector can ask us questions, it will not be opened up to the house. In the case of anyone objecting, then Yorkcourt, WMDC & the inspector can ask them questions.

During which I hope he tears them a new one, with liberal reference to the pro-development stance they wax lyrical about on their website.
