Gary is (GF), John Whaling is (SEC)GF: It's sad for the sport that two member clubs are having to take legal action against the RFL.

GF: On 15th August, after sustained pressure from Sheffield forced the hand of the RFL to investigate Batley and Doncaster.
SEC: I leaked the information to Whitehaven and Workington as the RFL were not going to investigate the matter.
GF: Both club's successfully appealed the decision of points deduction on the 28th August.
GF: I mailed the RFL to ask how many decisions are overturned by appeals committe, they responded very low.
GF: If you don't punish Batley and Doncaster, everyone will play illegible players, as North Wales did at Cougar Park.
GF: The appeals committe for Batley & Doncaster met before 14:45 and the RFL won't give a reason why.
GF: Neither Batley nor Doncaster were present in the appeals room when the overturn was decided by the panel.
GF: New evidence was submitted by Batley which wasn't new. Therefore breaching the RFL's own rules.
GF: Joint legal challenge being made on grounds that the RFL have broken three of there own rules in regards to appeals panel.
GF: The RFL legal team sent Keighley and Sheffield a letter on Monday asking for time. Until the 17th October.

GF: We need Voulenteers as we have many things to do and support is vital from the fans and keep the pressure on the RFL.
SEC: I asked for scrapping of dual reg to be put on AGM agenda, the other club's refused to do so.
GF: It seems the game is strategically trying to keep dual registration going next season.
GF: No matter what division we are in, we will look for damages as it has prohibited the club signing players.
