No idea, didn't hear him mention that so who knows. I'm not one to just dismiss Stoke because of the way they play, i embrace it in a way, but i'm not having rubbish like that

I am one to dismiss Stoke. I hate them and I hope they get relegated this year. Absolute scum.

I was thinking more like €25 million and that was due to PSG being flush.

He could justify that fee in the future, but he doesn't have enough experience to justify that fee, just like Neymar. For E40m+, you want a player who's played in the CL and has cut it consistently. Of course, Pastore's talent and potential make him a prized asset, but he's only been in Europe for a few years and isn't quite at the top of the pile yet. I'd pay max E30m for him, but he could easily be a top 10 player in the world in the future, so you'd price him accordingly when he gets there.
