| I don't have any knowledge whatsoever as to the state of Lauaki's fitness or whether his approach to training is in any way relevant to how come he hardly has any time on the pitch. But in general terms, surely IF any given player won't train / condition / etc as required by his employer then that would be grounds for termination, after the usual warnings etc.? It can't be the case that a player could just never get themselves match fit yet still demand to be paid as normal for the full term of a contract.
It will I'm pretty sure be a term of his contract that he will play and train to the best of his ability and maintain the highest possible performance and fitness standards so unless the club were happy to be taken for a ride, despite contractual safeguards, (which seems highly unlikely to me at least), perhaps we should default to the assumption that there's some reason we don't know why he is doing so little on the pitch.

I seem to remember last year when London were dual registering with pretty much every club they could get to agree to it, that something was said about clubs outside the heartlands being allowed to dual reg with more than 1 club. Oxford would qualify under that.
That being said, Featherstone are in agreements with both Leeds and Hunslet and they're not outside heartland. Perhaps it's different if one is above and one is below you. Divisionally speaking.

Do featherstone have an agreement with hunslet too? Leeds have dual reg deals with both featherstone and hunslet but wasnt aware of link up between featherstone and hunslet.

you sure about that. Leeds have both featherstone and hunslet listed as partner clubs on their website.
Edit: digging a bit deeper, when leeds announced linkup with featherstone they said their 25 man first team would be dual regged with featherstone but they would continue to provide the same support to hunslet as last year (when they were the dual reg partners). Not sure what form that support would take if it doesnt involve players going on dual reg. SL clubs are allowed to dual reg with more than one club if one of partner clubs is in a development area. Not sure if their allowed to have one dual reg in championship and one in championship 1.

| I think it's more for the younger players than the first team squad with Leeds and Hunslet directly.
This article sums up how I originally understood it:
