You mean when Emley played at Belle Vue, that lasted a long time. Only reason they allowed them to play there was to get additional funding from the FA by having a football team playing there.
As a footnote Wakefield FC are attracting less than 100 people to their home games. Wow that will increase the revenues.
It will be all mud slinging from now on in.
With regards to the Public enquiry, I think it will be a case of my dads bigger than your dad, with Leeds City Council over powering Wakefield met.

The inquiry will deal with all the arguments. The question you need to ask yourself is: "why am I interested in Wakefield's stadium development?" The answer should be, "I'm not, because Cas will have their own very soon". The reason why that answer won't be given ought to be the focus of your attention.

I hope Cas get Glasshoughton. It's irrelevant to me. Wakefield won't play there, and we're out if Newmarket gets knocked back. The rest is irrelevant.

Not me i think he has overseen the worst time in castleford history, twice relegated no real success and poor investment, he is scratching and praying he gets a lucky break for the sale of WR. does that make you feel slightly better. have you now a warm fuzzy feeling in the pit of your stomach. great now please go back and whinge and biatch back on your own board.....

It has been quiet on here the last few days.

Mind you - the letter has been public knowledge since 18th november but of course all the Wakey fans who are so........ interested in the progress of their own future have only noticed it today!

With even more due respect fully, it was put up on the 18th - then was taken off on the 23rd? ( for whatever reason) and has been reinstated today after a polite email.

The people that needed to see it picked it up on the 18th, you just keep kidding yourself that you are the font of all knowledge and the rest will follow every word you speak.
