| Just wanting to know if anyone on here has heard anything about one of our sponsors aledgedly pulling the plug on us, been told by a mate at work today we could be looking at another shirt disaster, please say this is not so  |

I sometimes wonder if some of our fans simply want the club to be in crisis all the time so they have something to moan about. It's pretty pathetic really.

Why is it pathetic to ask if something has happened at the club, I personally think it is a bit pathetic that some people cant see past the nose on there faces that all may not be roesy but like to tell themselves that it is.
but as i said I just wanted to know if anyone else had heard anything ? |

I Can feel the lock turning on this thread already, have a look on the Wakey Board under the thread
viewtopic.php?f=33&t=512208&start=20
Look near the bottom, The Club have apparently denied it and say its a mix up that coupled with the fact Poskitt is in that London with them now suggests the club are telling the truth. Time will tell.
One thing for sure is the club wont tell us, they couldnt be bothered to tell us about Donlan untill 15 days after he signed the contract ? |

thanks for that then, the lad i heard it from at work was a wakey fan so maybee it was just something he had read on there.
it is nice though that someone can give a straight answer on this forum though rather than the old party line of you just want to see the club fail which in fact could not be further from the truth. |

Wow just read page 4 of that thread and if it was just a mistake it was one hell of a mistake to make, I hope thats all it was though. |

My point is that far too many people will take what they see on forums as gospel or perceive it out of context and proceed to blow it out of all proportion. More often than not they'll then come on here, bad mouthing the club, at which point speculation mounts and before you know it there are allsorts of rumours going around. When anything positive on the club surfaces, the same people are often nowhere to be seen. |

well thats fair enough but i was just asking a question and it seems that there may have been some grounds for it to be asked, as for the good news as soon as we here some i will come back and applaud it but in all fairness it has been a bit thin on the ground of late (in my opinion) |
