Morgan whats he done for KR
Keir all he has done is Religate Cas twice
or their is the CHEAP option of HAY, didn't Cas try that with STEADMAN and we know where that led.
What about Woods didn't do so bad last time did he, the board asked him to get Cas back into SL and that is what he did and then they SACKED him.
Got TM and he then got Cas religated. But give TM his due with the spending power he has had at Cas he has performed a mirical, he has got a team of home grown players who want to play and perform for their Club. So in my opinion we need a coach that can kick on from there and the only one for me is
BRIAN (nobby) Noble.

I heard that Peter Gentle could be on the radar - wasn't he Salfords first choice for next year but turned them down ?

noble without doubt the guy will get you results and is alot better then the other 2 mentioned but i woundt be suprised to see cas got for a unknown aussie like gentle but personally id like to see noble at cas think he would do wonders

i think kear as director of rugby - noble as head coach and lets give gary thornton the assistant coach role . 3 quality people in at the top of the club means that RW will not have to concern himself with the playing side of the club too much. I think that would be great for the club.
Thats not a dig at richard but I think a ceo needs a strong and knowledgable coaching/management team to take charge of that area .
Cas havent had that in recent years imo.
