The franchise system couldn't be better for us. For once we can finally concentrate on bringing in the hotbed of talent we've always had in this area into the team. In another few years, building our team up from the bottom - we'll be able to keep these youngsters together rather than them moving on to bigger clubs and make a real challenge. Who knows, we could and already have surprised alot this season already!
