Anybody heard what's happening with it this year? Any idea when it'll be ready or we can see the design?

Best kit of the year so far is the new Cas shirt, the Dons release theirs today...

Kitlocker said that new merchandise will be available online in the next couple of weeks to buy, and that the new kit will soon be available to pre-order to receive after Christmas

I quite like the Cas one but not sure the Cas fans do.
I think they prefer the Wigan away

Yeah I think someone made an error there! Wigan in Cas colours? I'd have thought they'd be a little bit more imaginative!

The Cas shirt is really retro, would be good to see the Eagles in something similar. Incidentally, the Dons shirt has been launched online, the away shirt is pretty smart!

I agree about the retro one

Would be great if the fans could get involved more in designs.
Maybe the club could have have an open evening with Kitlocker and get stuff on a PC screen etc. I know things can't be finalised until sponsors are known but the basics could be put together.

I really do think that the Kitlocker agreement has been a great positive for the club. You can usually get want you want when you want it and if not they will order stuff and it usually arrives for the next game.

It's the bonus of using a supplier which doesn't make anything unique for the club, it's just out of a catalogue with the club badge on. The shirts are still made to order which is why there are the waiting times for shirts, until the club has signed off all sponsors etc then they can't be produced, they then take 8 weeks or so to make and hence the delays.

Would be good to see some old school designs though!

You are so right. I don't really like the new Dons shirt but at least it does have the bonus of not having paw prints on it. I wonder if a load of Dewsbury fans actually voted for it just to make Batley look stupid?
