I'll start this one then seeing as (hopefully) the match has been confirmed!

It will be a tough one and if i'm honest a more physical and brutal match than should we win and face Leigh or Fev.

I think Fax are one of the in-form teams at the moment but last week we was brilliant and if we play like that again and get Fax on the back foot from the off we have more than a fighting chance. Being at the Lane (hopefully ) Brown's kicking game could be key as I really thought it helped us last week, turn Widnes around and keep them away from our line when we looked drained later on.

Scores level going in to the 80th minute, last tackle 20 metres out, Worrincy moves into the centre of the park to charge down Brown's attempted drop goal but trips over his wallet and we win by a point. Barlow to go off injured in the first half when one of our players mistakes his rather large nose for the ball.

On there day Halifax can beat anybody in this competition,They always manage to win the big games,sneak through etc,They wont sunday though.

By the way, Fax obviously aren't happy playing Sunday, whether that's an early psychological advantage to us I don't know. I hope our game plan doesn't centre around trying to wind Barlow up like it did in the playoffs last season, although it should probably be part of it!

Just had it confirmed from the club that the decision has not yet been made and is with the RFL (lord help us)

Might be on Sunday, might not be!
