im more surprised the RFL didnt step in when you asked to switch the tie earlier in the season to a home game. they have done before and should have done this time, and then you wouldnt have the mess.
Im sure Donny now put in to the rfl any time scales when the pitch is being reseeded to avoid being given a home game (i might be wrong though)
IIRC you need to have a lease in place for a certain length of time as part of the licensing criterea, think its 10 years to be honest, Fax had to get that sorted with the council for their bid.
