These players have a legal right to work here - they're not illegal immigrants.

If you don't like it, get on to the RFL about their development policy.

I wasn't slagging off foreigners (even if there is too many) I was making the point the clubs had the chance to blood young British players at the highest level with the franchise system and make the GB team stronger but they didn't do it and just carried on as normal,The franchise system was good in principle but the teams didn't execute it,The RFL could have helped by making prize money smaller with larger chunks going to development and clubs rewarded with money by the amount off homegrown/British players in the team etc,It's all about money and sum clubs will chase it regardless off thought and long term implications off the effect it will have on the club,I mention no names.

Not questioning that Griff but if you live in a glass house don't throw stones would be my suggestion to the poster on about foreigners in SL
It's also pretty poor you need that many foreigners in your team considering you are approaching 30years and tend to pick off the Cas wakey Fev area for players anyway - how much money have the RFL wasted on you over the years with 5 years of SL money and development grants etc it's no wonder tubbs is so anti the new structures. Hell they even paid you a fortune to merge with Huddersfield as well

How many foreigners is it? have you seen how many young players we have coming through our system? I guess not

Looking at your back line there seems to be 4 of the 7 and the other 3 you got from Dewsbury, which is almost foreign
Knowles and Henderson are Aussie and is garside??
So my uneducated guess is that about half your starting 13 are overseas, that is shocking for a pt club imo

Knoza's as Yorkshire as a flat cap. Hendo's from Torquay. Garside's English as well.
