Really? I'm sure if Halifax won we'd be at home because we finished 4th and they finished 6th? That's the way it's worked in all the previous years...

I'm not questioning your credibility but that surely can't be correct, why would Halifax have the right to home advantage when they finished the regular season with a worse record than us? Last season we finished 6th, beat Leigh away who were third then had to play Barrow AWAY in the next round. So unless the rules have changed I'd expect us to be at home if us and Halifax got through.

It might all be irrelevant anyway...

The club's opinion is at odds with the RFL Official Guide, at B3.15 which states, inter alia, that the higher placed club has choice of ground.

Unless we're choosing to play at Halifax, obviously ......

If the club has chose to play away rather than at home when we should by the rules be at home if Fax win,Then we obviously arnt that interested in progressing in this play-off series.
