Great Player of the year - Man of (something similar to steel).
But can anyone explain how Halifax got Club of the year they have neither won anything or come near to winning anything and most of their player have got sacked or left of their own accord ........ puts a damper on the whole event.

Fantastic for Mitch and well deserved.

Halifax certainly is a strange choice. Would've put a few clubs before them if I was guessing who would win that particular award.

Also congratulations to Tony Miller at Doncaster who has once again punched above his weight and Ryan Brierley at Leigh for a superb season.

Although, saying that, what more does Tubby have to do to win coach of the year? NRC final, CC quarter final, league runners up and Championship finalists for the third year running.
