Anyone coming down to our new stadium (well I say ours to be honest its s much an away game to us as well as it definately is NOT our stadium) on Sunday please note the following.
If setting your sat nav DO NOT use the stadium post code or you will end up on a housing estate some way from the ground set it instead for ATHERLEIGH WAY, for full directions please go to www.leighrl.co.uk A few things you should know about the LSV stadium 1 It is an all ticket stadium, tickets will be on sale from noon to the start of the game from the ticket office which is situated on the front of the stadium, buy early do not wait until the last minute Seating is £16 standing £14. 2. Drinks (alcoholic and non) and snacks are on sale in the stadium but beware they are top price, much better to get their early and use into the local Amateur clubs facilities Leigh East, they are on the same site as the main stadium a ten minute walk from it, park your vehicle and ask you will be directed, alternatively The Park Inn on the site also serve drinks and meals as does a pub about a quarter of a mile away called The Atherleigh Way, continue through the roundabout at the sports village entrance to the next island and take the second exit off then immediate right the pub is on the right. 3. We hope you have a good day at the LSV (Leigh Sports Village) please bear with the stadium company they are on a big learning curve and there are still a few niggles. |
