The irony here is that the local paper gave away 1000's of free tickets for that game.
Are these the same kind of free tickets Mr zatoppin seems to take such offence to Crusaders handing out? (if indeed they did) :THINK:

surely it was the 6,000 quins fans we brought 8) and nothing to do with the FREE tickets!

Away fans are no indication of how successful a club are......Quins have a die hard 50 or so who travel to most if not all games, yet were only responsible for 1 lowest gate last year (HKR)

Last Seasons Lowest Gate (includes play-off games) at:
Bulls = Celtic
Castleford = Catalans
Celtic = Huddersfield
Huddersfield = Catalans
Hull FC = Celtic
HKR = Quins
Leeds = HKR
Catalans = Celtic
Quins = Celtic
Salford = Wakey
Saints = Huddersfield
Wakey = Catalans
Wire = Celtic
Wigan = Castleford

Did you get rid of all the voices in your head? Do you now miss them and the things that they said?

To be fair that was in the first round of play offs which didn't get great support anywhere

I remember that match , it was a Friday night back in July, freezing cold an all.
Think Peek got a try and we were ahead until the last 10 mins kept on singing all match much to the amusement of the locals around us. , FC fans were very quiet all evening, the ones that turned up (some protest against Agar?). We managed to get comps in the Kingston Suite,
There was about 10 of us in there and another dozen or so in the West Corner, hardcore supporters.
Many who no doubt will travel to Wrexham and the North week in and out. Good fun despite the result, as most away days were.

All I can say is look at the logo on our boards......it's a taxi in honour of the usual chant from idiots like you.....that we came in a taxi.....what you fail to realise is the thousands of miles fans of London, Celtic, Catalans have to travel every year to follow away games.....a lot of cash and time when compared to the brief bus ride faced by fans of some heartland clubs who figure quite highly on the list above.

Well done for making the effort :CLAP:

Does it cost you much to get over to England from New Zealand every week?

That really does take some doing :BOW:
