I heard Chester on t'wireless last night saying how hard it had been to get him out playing this season. Both duel-reg partner clubs didn't want/need a full back so he's only played 5 games all season.

We desperately need a reserve/U-23 league.

Think an u21s and 4 overage players allowed to play will be ok

It been said by many people before me but the fact remains we need a reserve or junior grade. These players are in a catch 22 scenario, they can't get game time as there is no where for them to learn and they need experience to be thrown straight in at S/L level, so they are left with few options and they either lose interest and drift or try to move down a league to get experience. The rfl need to sort this out or the current musical chairs we are currently experiencing thought the top two leagues will only get worse. I don't blame the clubs or coaches and I don't blame the players, they are all trying to do what's best for themselves.
