Still no sign of Sio or Mantellato signing for another club despite rumours at the beginning of the week and most clubs starting pre season a week on Monday. Doubtful, but I wonder if there's a surprise in store.

I don't see the point of marquee signings , they tank around for 9 months then scuttle off to the Eels

The shocking contract would have been the one we gave him 2 years ago. I suspect the one on the table now will be relative to his performance and contributon.

Cox has got the talent to be a very good player although there are questions about his attitude. Maybe moving away from Hull has made him grow up.
Earlier last season he played well for Warrington. I can't see many Super League clubs signing him so Rovers could sign him on the cheap.
