I haven't listened to it, but have read all the quotes in the press and still haven't seen a quote saying that injuries cost us the game, they certainly didn't help, but I though other factors effecting us more, we managed to get in a winning position even with the injuries, but silly mistakes and not been clinical enough was the reason we lost.
Cas will want to win the last two games to give them a slight chance of the top 4, I can't see Wakey winning another game, so if you can win the last two tough games then you are in, would be a great achievement and a big pat on the back for Webster.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.
Driving away from our epic game last Friday, I listened to Lee Radford's post match interview on RH. He directly attributed the adverse result to errors and injuries sustained during the course of the 80 minutes.
Just listened to it, didn't once use injuries as an excuse for the defeat.
So I'm still looking for some quotes as to Radford using the weather or injuries as an excuse for the last two defeats.

The point being made is until now fc have had a great run injury wise.is it the training or because they've been dominant in games, luck or more likely a bit of all 3?will be interesting to see both 19s for Thursday. Last 4 derby for me have been won largely because of power in back row.last year mini, ellis,Wester man. This year mini ellis and tank or manu. Our back row of Horne Clarkson Donaldson or Larroyer looks outgunned.front row and backs I feel we've matched up fine for most part. I'm not making predictions for this game til I see squads but if no ellis n Minichello it would be a big miss for them
I fully agree. On Friday when mini went off we had him, ellis and pritchard injured and manu off the field for a chunk of the game meaning we didn't have the same impact out wide, putting extra pressure on the already overworked props. Had mini not got injured we'd have won the game IMO and when we have our full back row available we're a completely different team. unfortunately those instances have been few and far between with injuries, trips home and suspensions hitting us

Perhaps you could listen to the post match interview on your club's official site Dave regards the Leeds match Dave. Although the sound quality from the floor leaves a lot to be desired the reporter asks how injuries affected the game (or words to that effect). LR answers 'massively' and goes on to expand this comment. HTH.

Did he say injuries cost us the game, like you quoted? Surley you aren't that dumb to realise that 3/4 injuries during the game will effect a game, but at no point does he blame these for the defeat.HTH.
Let me know again when you have a quote from Radford blaming injuries or the rain for the last two defeats.
He has been very honest this year in interviews and hasn't used excuses once like most other coaches.

Stop being pedantic. Typical Hull fan.
