If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Erm, it was a bastardised film quote, but fair enough, I wouldn't expect you to understand it, I'm unfortunate enough to have one of my best friend's live in Wigan/Warrington so I respect the lack of intellect.

Re: Jam Tommorow : Sun Jul 17, 2016 12:14 am
Mmmmmm ......I don't know what to make of these comments ......I seems that Hudge is saying that we are at the stage Hull FC where 2-3 years ago before they turned into the formidable side they are today.

If this is what he is saying, then is he admitting his and his board's ineptitude over the previous decade?

Obviously every fan is in gratitude to Hudge for what he did in keeping our club alive when things were financial hard, but has the multi-millionaire managed our club well and had it's interests at heart since then? .......He has expressed on numerous occasions that he wants to retire from being the Chairman and the main financial backer, but yet after numerous backers have come forth he still wants to be the gaffer and doesn't want to give up his multi-millionaire privileged position ......Larvin was a joke, and we all really knew this deep down, but our silent "Oligarch" was the real deal ......He wanted to pump millions into Hull KR and actually sat on many of the board meetings of Hull KR, but he was rejected by Hudge and his minions because they didn't like the way he spoke about our current administration ......And there's me thinking that Hudge (this multi-millionaire) wanted out because of the pittance (when compared to his multi-millionaire empire) he has put into the club and wanted to pass on the ownership to another multi-millionaire that could give our club proper financial backing .....It turns out that Hudge didn't like the way he spoke and therefore this multi-millionaire Rovers fan that was willing to pump millions into Hull KR wasn't the right man to take Rovers forward .......Anyway, our East Hull "Oligarch" has now been driven away so that possibility is now by the by and gone .......We are now left with our illustrious multi-millionaire Chairman and our board of directors that sat back and watched our coaching staff recruit championship players ........Even before a ball was kicked every Rovers fan said that we will be within the Qualifiers again this year ......The Chairman, board of directors and coaching staff somehow thought otherwise ........And now we are in the Qualifiers once again that every fan predicted .......Surprise, surprise!

Are you purposely misunderstanding everything I write or, as I assume you actually are this stupid?

How many weeks of this do we have to put up with?

Leigh Centurions are 12 months at most behind Salford Red Devils.

A minimum 6 point deduction for blatant salary cap breaches is a nailed on certainty. Undersupported nob end team with a nob end chairman.

LEIGH is an acronym for Low End Intelligence Gormless Homosapiens.

When you look at chairman's of clubs there is huge range of reasons for being there.some business some love of club. Hudgell can't be doubted.i saw him on Wembley way shaking hands with fans and ushering ladies in to stadium.that man is as genuine as it comes.davy at hudds and hudg and rob are shrewd money men yet still underwrite a huge risk..I'd like to think I'd do the same in their position but it shouldn't be took for granted.without them we'd be shafted

But he's so arrogant . Fans are entitled to their opinion Rovers failed to recruit a decent squad , that must lay with Hudge .

Peacock is taking the p1ss his heart isn't at Rovers . If any fan questions Hudge he replies with insults to fans and the usual I don't have to put my money into the club etc etc . He states he could walk away anytime ...it's like a beating stick to the fans .

It seems he is refusing to admit any responsibility in the failing to sign players to take the club forward .

To call fans who dare question the club empty vessels then to basically beg those same fans to turn up at a nothing game against Leeds is embarrassing .
