Exactly. Refs are often inept but I don't believe any are dishonest. When you play a better team things seem to go against you because they play at a higher tempo and you're often hanging on and trying to slow them down

Thanks Jake. I know you're not normally inclined to give high praise to your beloved neighbours over the East side of the chocolate divide without just cause.

However, the last sentence in your post above MOST ACCURATELY describes the controlled and superior Rovers performance in the first 60 minutes of this year's Good Friday derby against you in East Hull. I cannot comment on our final 20 minutes as this element of the match in question has been selectively deleted off my flash memory. Somebody told me that we slowed up to give you a chance and ensure the refereeing decisions went in your favour.

Your comment is now framed for posterity.

Last 3 TV games we have beaten to top 4 teams in Catalan and Warrington, I'll agree we were Awful last week, but I was prett happy with out performances on the other two games.

2 games seems fair enough for what he did. cox said on twitter he didn't butt him but said something green took exception to. Pathetic on his part getting a 2 match ban because someone said some nasty words to him

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Frederick Douglas

But it's a bit thick though isn't it, and that's not a question.

Gobbing off is part of sport, as is the odd niggle here and there, if you're then red carded for falling for it, you've lost for your team.

I wasn't talented enough to react to any sly little digs that came my way, I always had to concentrate on my job too hard, the only fight I think I ever had was with one of my own team mates and best friend for getting sin binned for starting a fight.

Cox can say what he likes on Twatter, he definitely looked to at least attempt to butt Green while he was on the floor and then seemed to try and kick or stand on him as he was getting up.
In the interests of research lets meet up so I can head butt you repeatedly and then kick you, and we can see how restrained you are.
I would happily throw some "nasty words" in too for good measure.
