Maybe they have... You were mentioning something about hip rotation, which doesn't seem to be in the rule.

Shoulder Charge - is where a defender, without attempting to tackle, grab or hold the ball-carrier (or any opposing player) using the arms or hands, makes direct physical contact with the shoulder or the upper arm (tucked into the side). (Refer Section 15)

From the photo that was posted earlier in the thread it appears his upper arm is "tucked into the side" and hence a shoulder charge - unless in the milliseconds after the photo is taken his arms wrap around the player. Either way no contact with the head, no further action!

Some of the blatant forward passes getting missed or ignored are making the game a joke. Just watch that Huddersfield pass in the Catalan game disgraceful miss by the linesman and the ref. Both stood nearby did nothing gave the try. No wonder the French kicked off the RFL will fine them for having a pop at the officials. Standard of refs is Barry White.

A poster on the fc rumours thread made 7 predictions,5 are right and the other 2 maybe right which is pretty good.He said he thought hull had signed daniel vidot as it was on twitter a few days ago, 1865 said "hull had signed him weeks ago" Maybe lee radford gets his info off 1865.
