Rugby League Week has released a list of the highest paid players in the NRL through wages and sponsorship combined.
Johnathan Thurston has become the sport’s first $2 million man and he is followed closely by Sam Burgess and Cameron Smith.

Canterbury Bulldogs captain James Graham also features in the top 20 of a star-studded list. Below are all the NRL’s highest earners:

They think Salford are the only club who are not sticking to the salary cap when there are these contracts being paid in NRL you got to be joking
But how can anyone prove any other Money will kill our game for there is not enough money in the game to pay these wages
