If that's all Saints can do against our injured riddled side with no real recognised halfback in the 2nd half then Saints look crap. Great effort tonight. Just wish we could fast forward a few weeks till we get bodies back.

Re: Saints match : Fri Feb 26, 2016 11:06 pm
great effort tonight and showed some fight and desire.
With the injuries we already had and then add to that the ones we sustained during the game it would of taken a super human effort to win that game.
saints were poor but looked a different team once Roby came on and we were too tired and depleted to cope.
Fantastic game from Tilse and a deserved man of the match.
we are really desperate for some players back.

If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Yep, but it's been a lot longer than eight months since you've been a complete bell end.

Off you go and cry now.

If Rugby League Rocks, then Hull KR is its Soul.

Re: Saints match : Fri Feb 26, 2016 11:50 pm
There was passion in that performance tonight in spite of all the injury adversity with Kelly and Ckarkson.

Lost our shape and discipline in the second half and failed to complete our sets. Looks like we will struggle to put 17 out next round at Widnes.

ONE MAJOR ISSUE FOR ME. A section of about 40 very drunk and rowdy Saints fans (some as young as 14) all stood up and singing non stop throughout the game had been put in amongst season pass holders in North Stand, Block C. They were abusive, vile, disrespectful, unruly, provocative, they threw beer at our fans including some young children, some were smoking and IMO they warranted ejection.

The stewards were inert and useless, despite multiple complaints. There were a lot of disgruntled Rovers fans, whose enjoyment of the game was spoiled by these louts, who have no right to be referred to as genuine RL fans.

I will be complaining to the club to take action and report their actions to the St Helens club and to ensure our ticketing idiots have a rethink for future games.

I'm upset for my team, but angry that the game was ruined for us in this way.

Could be. Though we managed a point against Cas at home.

Was it damp under that stone you hid under for a year.
Mrs B not on this forum so why are you? Is it your goal this year to prove on every forum across rl fans that you are a bell end?

I was in block C of North Stand and completely agree with this and I to will let the club know that having to put up with behaviour like this is unacceptable.
I have no problem with raucous passionate support but this lot were aggressive, obnoxious, provocative drunken idiots more intent on goading Rovers fans than watching the game.

Just seen the Shaw no try, terrible decision from Child. Not sure it would have changed the result but we should have turned around 10-12 points ahead and that could have been a winning lead.

We were in that section. They were drunken adolescents. They made you feel like you hoped one of them had Ebola.

Some sober pleasant ones amongst them.

The stewarding was awful. So was the officiating.

Our props outplayed their more illustrious counterparts. Tilse and Walker were good. Lawler could be a find for the back row.

Rovers were in charge until Kelly went off. He was back to exciting to watch again.

Green doesn't like Burns. A perfect uppercut suggested so. One more of those and the fight was over.

Burns is an oaf and in his vernacular a grub.

Roby changed the game. He's a fantastic player.

Much better. With a pivot available we would have won.

Saints are a poor shadow of their former selves.
