There seem to be an obsession among some of the darkside that Peacock coming in has destabilised the team, or has put noses out of joint. If it has then good, thats what was needed, this season has been coming for a while and getting the foundations right is paramount over instant results. There is a big rebuilding job to be done and it wont be done overnight. Peacock is not to 'blame' for our current position and what he is doing (or not) wont be seen for a year or 2. I've yet to see any management change that gives instant success, so I'll judge him a year or so time not now.
Regardless of how well Wakey are doing (short term) removing Chester was the right move, long term he wasn't the right man. I'll add to that that medium term neither is Webster, he'll do for this year but needs someone to lay down foundations then an inexperienced assistant coach (Webster) can take over
