Has anyone noticed how we seem to get on the end of one off punishments that are not seen before or after our players have been punished, I notice no other player has had the maximum games doubled and despite many instances of touching the ref in all games this season, Mitch Allgood is the only one to be charged and banned. Are we just unlucky !!

in all honesty it stems from morgan reporting thaler. and kr lodging a grievance when there was a open letter sent to kr by a linesman stating thaler allegedly said he was going to peanalise kr out of this game in the second half which let saints come back to earn a draw from a penalty that at the time the linesman said was not called for.. also how many time has hudgell being fined for saying rfl and refs are not fit for purpose but i agree looking back at luke gale placing a hand on thaler shoulder in a pushing motion to make a point to him should of got a ban. allgood touched silverwood arm yet got a 1 match ban and i know people say swings and roundabouts and these things even themselves out but they do not.. and this is peoples jobs they are messing with

Who you play for does seem to influence the outcome at times, although we can't have any complaints about this one. You can't touch the ref, end of. We seemed to have a problem with Silverwood almost from the kick-off, wonder why?...& in a completely unrelated twist he appears to have taken a break from refereeing since this game.

Have you noticed Leeds don't seem quite as untouchable since their decline this season? Maybe they don't count as one of the big boys anymore.

I think this all a load of old knackers.

The laws of the game are inconsistently applied.

You're not allowed (quite rightly) to put a hand on the referee, as a pro, you just don't do it. It's not hard, and the fact that Allgood got banned is due to his own lack of control.

It makes no difference that other players have done it and not been charged. He's responsible for his own actions and he let the team down.
