Visit //www.geofflee.net for details of my novels 'One Winter', 'One Spring', 'One Summer' 'One Autumn' 'Two Seasons'. and "Three Good Years" All six feature Rugby League against a humourous Lancashire/Yorkshire background and are inspired by the old saying about work: "They could write a book about this place. It would be a best seller."
Just over a year ago, my fifth novel "Two Seasons" was published. It is set during the 2002 and 2003 seasons with a background of work, family, old friends and rugby league in a fictional town called Ashurst. This is set somewhere around the Collins Green, Burtonwood area and up towards Earlestown and Haydock. Recently I was in hospital following a road accident and with time on my hands, I decided this would be a good time to get started on novel number 6. It doesn't have a title yet although one chapter does. It is based on something I wrote to go in "Two Seasons" but in the end never used. It should be of interest to many people who visit this site as it is called "She's A Jehovah's Widnes". Unless they have recently been sold three of my novels (One Winter, One Autumn and Two Seasons) should be on sale in the club shop. They are also available direct from Amazon or the publisher London League Publications at http://www.llpshop.co.uk (click on fiction)
