I doubt they'll pay him much. I have only seen one player contract (that's a good story for the next book!) and that was back in about 2014 but it did include a couple of clauses referring to bringing the Club into disrepute deeming the player to be in breach of contract and his dads comments at the weekend that the club took down would certainly fall into that category. I wonder if he is to be paid the usual none disclosure hand out. It will be interesting to hear what he has to say if he hasn't.

Tony Smith must be on thin ice then. In his post match interview he said well had to work hard in training. That’s his job isn’t it? I’d say coaching four successive thrashings is bringing the Club into disrepute!

But surely you cant be in trouble for a relative posting stuff? You cant control what family do and how do they even verify it was from a real account?

Probably doesn't help that his Dad's a well known sportsman in his own right back in Australia......and was posting videos and photos from his visit to Hull last year

Griffins' Mrs wasn't too complimentary of Pearson and Co either after the way he was treat by the club!

I would be deeply concerned, his article the other day regarding Jack Brown he sort of basically said I’m leaving it to my CEO James, so was that a sly dig at recruitment ?

Oh ive got no doubt it was his Dad, just making the point that you cant be sacked for a relative making social media comments. Some people hate their relatives and would be posting all sorts if so!
