I'd guess Okunbor was signed when we failed to land Blore and Alick.

We definitely need another second rower but I'd use the last quota place to sign a half or a hooker. Keeping either Griffin or Savelio would have given us more options for quota spaces.

It's who is available though.

19th October was date I'd heard for the launch of the membership campaign. So they have roughly two weeks to get any outstanding announcements announced

I could see why we would use our last spot on a backrower, last season it was our weakest area and somehow as it stands we look even weaker for next season.

But using our last slot would leave us short at halfback unless they are confident Trueman will make the start of the season or we have a UK halfback lined up.

If we could I'd look to release either Sao or Carlos, bring in a UK centre(Lyne) or prop (Hill from Wigan) amd sign a SH and backrower
