Pryce, IMO, shouldn't be playing. I know some will disagree, but why split up a Grand Final winning partnership of McGuire and Burrow just to stick him in because he plays for Saints? If Pryce was to play, it would be in the centres for me. Where Smith got Gleeson for 6 from amazes me.

There is no doubting Pryce's ability as an individual, but he isn't a player that can fit in to an international side, similar to Long and Briers, the best England pairing may well be from teams lower down the league.

Interesting. Who would you suggest though? Horne and Thorman?

sorry dave but i cant agree with that.

Burrow, Pryce and McGuire are all runners of the ball for me. They dont give us enough creativity like an attacking kicking game for example that the players i named above would bring to the team. Balance is key. There is no debate that Burrow, Mcguire and Pryce are all good players but you need balance too. Look at the England football team with Gerard and Lampard in midfield. Both world class players but no balance.

Definatly one for the future. Can't see Cooke or Robinson taking the reigns, but you never know.

they are mate but those 3 arent the answer,myler may be in a few years, deacon and long would be imo.

That rules out Robinson then as he is a runner who drops the ball back on to the inside and is very easy to read.

Forgot about Deacon. Not sure what the answer is TBH, just know its not what we have currently.

Deacon has a kicking game and is slower than Wellens (if that is possible).

But the kicking game and the ability to nail a pass is what we dont have.

we simply arent good enough and it doesnt help with teams been dominated by average overseas players. i have a feeling unless the ozzies stop gambling we may never catch them.
