Johnstones performances have seen him promoted from the bench to the starting line-up.

So, when Swift and Lane are injured, you're left with Vulikijapani and Burrell missing out, hardly earth shattering, but the drama queens have to have their say.

I don't get what Hodgson could of done with the lineup, we've a fair few injurys so don't have many options.

I think its the best line up he could of picked in the circumstances........

Yes some players maybe arnt good enough, but then the academy lads clearly arnt ready either

I don't blame Hodgson. We've been stung with injuries and the squad he inherited was inbalanced, not stroing enough outside the first choice XVII. But the bench tonight is still weak, people are allowed to say that.

We all understand that but to include 2 of the worst performing players in Fonua and Johnstone in the starting line up words fail me
I just wonder who is pushing the Johnstone agenda.I guess it Purtill who had him at Widnes.
Would rather have had McNamara at 13.Mitch on the wing and Fonua on the bench
