I think he's played great there but just seen this in the Oz RL news...


With months of contractual haggling ending on Monday with the Broncos withdrawing a deal worth $1.2 million over three years plus incentives, the wheels have fallen off any efforts to keep Hunt in Brisbane colours beyond this season.

Going to union, or else he would of re-signed with the broncos.

Because he's young and has been offered good money to stay. Plenty of time to move within league, so he must be after the big bucks of union.

have you read the broncos ceo quote were hes says he thinks he just wants to get out of brisbane? and says hes been slightly diffrent since the toliet incident last year

Don't know the facts and haven't read too much in to the situation tbh, just taking it on face value that not many top young nrl players move unless big money is involved and considering the contract that's been offered to him by the broncos can only see union for him. What other NRL teams could match that sort of wage?

all though a lot would/could but they may not have to.

hunt might just be pee'd off with brisbane the city or brisbane the club, he might see his fine unjust or feel ashamed about the incident.

dont get me wrong he might end up in union but i dont think its all sorted yet.

I missed the 'toilet incident'. Was it similar to George Michael's toilet incident?

You mean the equivalent of less than £200k a year? Do you think a SL club wouldn't be willing/able to pay that?

I'd hazard a guess there are already several lesser players over here on more.
