Thought there was some news, with a Google news alert on Michael Crocker, but only this Still, not a bad write-up
"Hull, who share top spot with defending champions Leeds, were considerably more superior than the final scoreline suggests and with four internationals in Gareth Raynor, Motu Tony, Epalahame Lauaki and, possibly, Michael Crocker still to join their ranks look to have the makings of a team with genuine title credentials."

Thats what I was getting at, they seemed really poor but still allowed them to score 24 points.
Yep, I'm hoping though that it can be put down to a little bit of early season misunderstanding amongst the team and as they play more first grade together that it will tighten up and start killing off games where we're dominant as we were againsts Hudds, Catalans and apparently Bradford as well.

To be fair, we're still improving game on game and hopefully this will be one area that tightens up. Certainly Agar is aware of the issue so there will no doubt be some focus on it in training.
I'm pleased with the improvement in our attack compared with recent seasons and if that continues to make progress as the team gels then we will hopefully start nailing sides when we have the advantage. The last time we did that was back in 2004 so it's long overdue!

A couple of their tries yesterday were of the annoying type that were a bit unlucky tbh. Knock those off the score and it's pretty comprehensive in our favour. One was a breakaway from a charged down kick and the other was one of those lucky loose bouncing balls from a ballsed up offload by them which allowed a (good) break by their centre and a score to follow. Agree we must keep the concentration better especially towards the end of each half but overall we were dominant in every department.
Have toe honest, am a bit bemused by some comments. Yes it was a deserved win but we still didn't play well for 80 minutes, there's a lot of improvement possible.
