The suggestion that Paul Cooke is aware of a number of completed signings but cannot name them is believable as he is close to Tony Smith.

Despite his injury record Savelio is a good player and one I would like to keep.

Are there any other non quota players available to replace him other than maybe Bentley. I can't think of any.

I was told at the weekend by someone at the club (who doesn't know any names either because apparently its all got a lid on it even inside the club) that it feel almost as if we have to ideally get rid of so many players, a lot of off contract players have not been offered deals yet, while we see if we can get better ones to replace them.

Got to be confident we can sign some backrowers as it looks like we have Jordan Lane so far for next season

The market doesn't look great, got to have some aces up sleeve like Sutcliffe.

Not really surprised he's moved on. Wasn't selected for a sizable chunk of the season due to fitness/injury.

I like him, but he isn't the most durable of players so can understand why we've not renewed him.
