Comes with no links to the club….played to a high level and under some good coaches…..just don’t trust him with your other half.

I mean, if it comes with some money and funding for the FIL then it could be a small price to pay. But what the hell does Richie Myler know about been a director of rugby. It’s a ridiculous move and anyone pretending otherwise is in fantasy land.

Remember the jamie peacock episode and he supposedly has business acumen.

Feels a bit of nepotism so the man making the actual decisions can have some impact, which in its self is dangerous but at least you’ve got some finances on board which is never a negative I guess.

Strange times, and I guess you’re in a position when you’ve got not much to lose.

It's just the Hetheringtons again.

History happens twice, the first time as tragedy, the second time as farce.

So if Hull Live are correct and it is Myler as the DOR (didn't see that one coming!) and it is linked to a potential investor, does that mean that the investment is closer than AP said it was last night? Surely we don't make this kind of appointment on good faith?

I wonder what would happen if this is linked to investment, and it turns out Myler is awful at the job. Would we have to keep a clueless guy on board for fear of any investment been pulled.

At least he’s a man of real integrity who never went missing on the pitch or from his marriage.
