I was just playing devil's advocate  That said 8 tries in 26 games last year was a disappointing return.

Have to say, though, Caldewood - Briscoe - Yeaman - Raynor looks pretty handy.

Was average last night. Briscoe has class, we need to keep him in the starting line up, sadly that may be at the expense of Horne when Raynor returns.

Exactly . Raynor back , Briscoe to centre. Sorry but G Horne is doing well but he hasn`t the class of Tom.
Competition for places , good isn`t it!

I'd keep G Horne in the 17 though. I'd go for a bench of Lauaki, Thacks, Manu and G Horne. Berro can play 80 at 9

He'd have had to have played much better than he did last night to justify averageness. Poor last night. Passes were either too early, too late or to the ground! Cost us a couple of potential scores. Didn't impact upon the result last night but may do in the future.

Briscoes been in such lethal form on the wing, it would be ridiculous to stick him in the centres. What has Briscoe done to suggest he could send his winger away any better than Horne? He's definitely a ball runner first and foremost.
