For as much as you can believe any of the rhetoric I would hazard a guess people thin k that because earlier in the week the owner said, we had a bit of 'leeway under the cap' and today Lee Radford said, ""I'm more than happy with the squad. If something does pop up, Adam (Pearson, FC owner) has publicly said that the finances are there. If nothing pops up, then I'm not concerned one bit," Radford.

Think it was 1865 who predicted a few weeks ago we'd get a "we'll go with what we've got" article in a short while so todays 'We're strong even without further signings' is no surprise to many.

Radford says he's happy with what we've got, if that is the case why did he want to sign Carney? We clearly need a top class outside back. We've got a top 4 pack but as it stands a bottom 4 set of backs.

Logan and Shaul are progressing nicely and the incoming overseas players might surprise you

ATEOTD, if our backline matched the quality of our pack then we'd probably be breaking the celery cap

carney is a one off, maybe theres no one around atm worth signing and we are just playing the waiting game, no point in just signing anybody for the sake of it,like others have said maybe our backs might surprise a few
