Not much mention post match of the attendance.

13,544 is very impressive for a televised Thursday game against a team with no travelling support. Whether the result will encourage any new or returning fans to come again is another matter of course.

There seemed to be plenty of empty seats in South Stand reserved so time will tell if that decision was a good one or not.

You suggested we couldn't have played any worse. A year ago we conceded 9 tries at Widnes and scored just the one. That was worse in my opinion. All about opinions, obviously.

Radford for me got his tactics all wrong last night. He tried to get the team to play safe rugby because of the conditions only the conditions weren't as bad as he thought they'd be hence us looking clueless as we didnt try anything creative

Wow you beat yourselves up a lot you have lost 1 game, 2 games into the season, lots of twists in the tail yet,
Last nights gave was a lottery and could of gone ether way after Ellis got hit the game become a shambles,
Hicks lost clear control of the game and tried to claim it back by getting his whistle lodged in his throat,
The only defense I can sort of give him is he isn't helped out by the clear unsportsmanship by certain players trying to cheat penalties, they need to leave that to football
