Its a bbc thing they are going down the pan. They call Keyingham Kayingham on humberside and look north

The locals also call it Kay-ing-ham (as in Peter) as opposed to key-ing-ham (as in door). Unless of course they shorten it when its called just "Key" (as in door). Not important I know. Not much on this morning

Motto of the week -

It is the way of the weak to secretly bleat to those in authority rather than fight their own battles.

Gotta say its the Doyle for me purely from an entertainment point of view though. He doesn't have a clue what he's talking about most of the time and god only knows how he was ever a coach!!!!

I don't think there's much difference between the Doyle and Doc in terms of dialogue during a game. However, for me it's all in the delivery and Doyle canes the Doc hands down in that department. I'd take emotion over content everytime. Yeah Doyley might miss the odd bit out or sound a bit cliched but fine. My idea pairing would be the Doyle and Lee Richardson who is a fine summariser indeed.

Oh by the way, as a 33 year resident of southwest Holderness, the general pronounciation of Keyingham by it's inhabitants is "Kayng'am".

It grinds my nuts when Hessle is called "Hess-ell" instead of "Hezzle".

I generally listen to KCFM because I can't abide the slimy Gollum. Doyle and Paul McNicholas actually did a decent job on Sunday - Doyle providing the OTT running 'commentary' and McNicholas chipping in after to tell you what actually happened. :)

I'm pretty sure you get a better idea of what's going on from Blunderside, but you can't beat The Doyle for getting across the emotional side of things.

He's like that in person too, i bet he gets on his families nerves after a while.

'Im just going to the frige to get the milk for my cup of tea, its a tall mug with a white top, round in shape'

By his 4th cup of tea per day i bet he drives them crackers.
