I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure Catalans have a massive advantage with the salary cap taking into account exchange rates and tax rules. Obviously the South of France is a much more appealing location than sunny Hull



We do need to be smarter with our cap management though, seems to be a lot of mismanagement for Smith to sort out.
