Cant comment on a player i have never seen play a full game of R/L
What i can say is the club now realise that having a full back with pace and the ability to back up line breaks whilst making breaks themselves is essential now in S/L.
Pace is one of the areas the club have neglected but to their credit they now seem to have a meaningful future pathway that includes the clubs younger players and the possible acquisition of some young promising players with pace like Simm.
Nine is another position we need to have some zip and maybe the Aussie coming in for the season is destined to play there.
Whatever happens they now need to try and move on some of the underperforming senior players contracted for next season and priority for me is a like for like replacement for Mau otherwise our second row options are poor.
Would it be alright with you if i mention Griffin again?
