Anybody else having problems with this bag of shoite service? Running very very slow but their tech department say there is nothing wrong in our area.

I lose connection on on loads of occasions every night. I dont think its my gear because i very rarely have any issues during the day.

It got a bad report in Which? magazines online survey too.

likewise! I changed my router, then changed to google chrome, then tried firefox..... to try and speed up browsing ! but it never.....!

I've been having trouble for weeks; had two routers, adsl filters etc. NO CHANGE!

It's VERRRRYYY slow! Currently getting a download from an FTP in USA - normally get around 350k/sec download - tonight, 15k/sec!
Had to reset router 4 or 5 times these last couple of days too as the line has been dropping.

The lying, useless 2@s said they had had no reported problems and it must be the router.

That is the standard line you always get from Karoo. You need to tell them when they say that, that is must be a problem with all 3 of your routers (you have spares). this will then get them to progress past the first page of the manual they work from.

The sooner BT or another broadband alternative comes in the better. It's impossible to watch sky player on your computer because its too slow and lags due to poor speeds and connectivity. The package I'm on says I can get speeds up to 25mbs but I checked on the speed map and entered my post code it says the fastest it will go is 5mbs. The worst thing is that a couple of streets away gets 15mbs because basically the lines are messed up near me. I even entered the post code for kingston communications and where the exchange server is and its says the average speed connection is 16mbs. Why the hell advertise for 25mbs! Karoo is a JOKE!!

It's all these dobbins uploading photos to Facebook of that circus at caravan park today! Jeez I seen.the word mason on there today more than pancake!!!
