Probably need to build traffic to site first otherwise it won't sell.

I'd get using the big screen for advertising as well.

Next season we should have a short video/gif recorded pre season of every trinity first team player.

After scoring a try the video short should be played on the screen along with a clip of the business or person they’re sponsored by.

There could be a section on the trinity Facebook page and website for these players video shorts on squad section.

Little things like this just make us more marketable and once the videos are shot it’s just reusing the footage.

I am sure we will see many good commercialinitiatives and improvements, now we have someone with good commercial skills and business acumen running the club.

This is the sort of thing that would fit in very nicely on the new Trinity app.

A sensible idea for it would be to have a fan forum/discussion board similar to this site on the app/website too ad it would attract a lot of traffic to the site which is positive for IMG criteria

Totally agree, the app to have a forum would be excellent and see a huge amount of traffic compared to the website.

App could be a forum, stats hub, news outlet, have a trinity tv link up. If done right could be lucrative and engaging for supporters.

The only "issue" with fund-raising ideas of this sort, similar to the buy a brick stuff, is that it's the same supporters over and over again who will be interested.

The key is build a new cohort of people who will dip into their pockets.

As some have suggested, the app, the screen etc will hopefully help, but you can't just keep asking the same supporters for more money using new schemes - the new schemes have to find new markets.

Can't see the club wanting to be officially attached to a forum again. Was a cess pool back in Dale Else's days.

We had an App during the Glover years but after a bright start it faded to nothing. It could be a good addition if done right. Not sure about a forum though. Those who remember the old Wakey forum (Ted era) know it was closed due to the direct risks some of the postings to the club. It opens up all sorts of libel issues and why most sports clubs forums are independent. It would have to be very strongly policed, heavily censored and would cease to be a forum worthy of the name. Might be one to leave separate.
