| Talking of pivots would be good to see a pivot of Jowitt ,Hampshire ,Miller.and Lino .Got nothing to lose .All players can bring something to the attack. But Mr Chester as got the atitude if it's not working don't fix it

Miller is out for another 3-4 weeks.
Hampshire is out for 4 more weeks.
K.Wood missed starting games of season.
A.Walker our for a few weeks.
Wood out for 3-4 months.
Jowitt can’t figure in his natural position due to the above.
The only real constant has been Lino. Wakefield have sustained (and Lino) the most disruption out of all teams to their pivotal positions. There’s nothing to fix for Chester because yet again we are in the pivots down to the bare knuckles.

| Millers back for Leeds isn’t he? Doubt he’d make any difference mind.

I don't think he will be and I don't think TJ will neither.
Anyway just my opinion but I think Milky gets castigated far too much behind a pack on the back foot is hard enough but he does take the opposition on and I think he steals more than his fair share of ball sadly the problem is cheap possession we give away. We have seen that happen every game this season so far. Cut it out and keep hold we will go OK.

Yeah Miller has only been 4 weeks next week into an injury the physio said would be 6 weeks. Hope he is but can’t see it.
I checked when TJ sustained his head injury and it was 4 weeks to the day today. That means from tomorrow he can start to train assuming he gets all clear. I’m not sure 4/5 days training will be enough to see him make the Leeds game either.
One things for sure. When he does come back he will have to show up well with the mid season test and England spot up for grabs. I’m sure that’s his goal.

| I'd still pick Brad Walker before Miller...or anyone else...it's all about the opportunities you create, either with hand or boot and Walker proved that more in 2 games last season than anyone else has for us for 3 or 4...and while we're at it play Hampshire or Miller at 9 for the extra speed from the ruck...and for those who say halves need to beef up to play 9 I've 2 words about how effective the extra speed can be allied with great defensive technique...Rob Burrow
...I'm sick of beating this drum but just what has CC got against Walker

I like what I have seen of Walker, which if we are honest, isn't much. All the same, ahead of Miller, no way, easily our best player before he got injured.
Why he hasn't had a chance in some other games I'm not sure, must be a reason.

| Not so sure if he was as 1 try per game in 2 of the first 3 games testifies to a lack of creativity at a time when he is supposed to be the main man and team leader...not to mention the pressure-relieving penalties he gives away in every game for high tackles

I would counter that with the fact that on occasions he was the only one doing anything. Best form Miller has shown in a few seasons, no need to throw out the baby with the bath water though I really would love to see Walker get a real run.

| In one of the pre-match interviews Chester stated that the physio had said Miller was a 6 week injury, although Chester thought 4 (the quote was "Physios say 6, I say 4"). I'd rather we played a fully fit Brad Walker than a 70-80% Miller to be honest. No point risking the injury when we have options.

He’s not going to do that if he wasn’t willing to play him when Miller was 100% unfit.
From my point of view as someone who first pushed Jowitt as a H/B I’d now like to see him given a run in that position.
Even though I think he’s a great FB this constant messing can’t be helping him. I believe Max is a SO but he really needs the chance to prove himself one way or the other.
So I’m torn, it’s either Miller or Max for me, Walker a relative novice doesn’t come into it at this point of the season in a game we could win.

If we've still got Ashall-Bott or have extended his loan then I'm with you and would have Max at 6, if we're without Ashall-Bott then I don't see any other option than to play Max at 1
