I thoughtPhil Clarkes comment about 6 people in Australia who would have been waiting for the outcome of yesterday's game interesting unless it was pure conjecture.

We need a new conditioner a scrum half and some pace and guile in the centre's

I'd add another front rower with good footwork too that too, possibly a new hooker if Pita doesn't stay (if we sign new half-back to put him into 9)

Agree deadnought but am excited by the prospect of Johnstone playing regularly outside a centre who can give him decent ball. I think he would score plenty

I would not keep tupou or Arundel we need players with more pace and ability to feed the wingers neither of them has this.

Tupou and Johnstone on the wings. 2 new centres. I would have considered keeping L Smith for one of them but that seems to be unlikely now.
