It does make sense does this, but I can't realistically seeing it happen.

Having said that, don't the two footballing sides of Milan ground share, one of the biggest rivalries and statdiums in world football, but works for them.

It's not beyond the realms of possibility.

Please leave the lid on that particular can of worms, it's been done to death.
Cas fans wouldn't want to watch Cas at "home" in Wakefield and Trinity fans wouldn't want to watch Wakefield playing their "home" games in Cas.

Under either scenario one of the clubs would bery quickly lose their identity.

Having said that, I'd be more than happy for Cas to share BV :D

I won't be, don't worry on that score, not in favour of it, to be honest.

Hoping the club (or JM) release some more info or photo's of the new stand in the coming weeks now that the site is fully operational after the xmas break.

Would be nice to see the concrete going into the east stand, seems like not much has progresses in a while there

If you go down on any of the next 3 Sundays you'll be able to see it for yourself

He would need X ray eyes to see through the wooden screens, or some very tall Stilts to see over the fence. I was down at the Rollin shack last Monday, I had a look through the window at the East Stand, I wasn’t sure if it was fresh concrete that had been laid at the extreme south end of the stand, or previous laid concrete that was wet from the rain. Most of the rear section of roof had been covered, and working was being done by a number of men.

I wouldn't. Cas would want at the very least to be equal tenants and that's the last thing we want or need. We need an unequal tenancy in which we remain the top dog.

IMO what we need is a smaller team to take up the slack in the winter month. For example a football team with gate of 500 - 1000 fans, who play regular fixtures.

To get up too cap we require an extra input of roughly 500k, might be more, might be less. We can get that from renting to a football team and other revenue increases due to the re-development of the ground etc. We certainly don't need to invite some giant ginger cuckoo into the nest.

So yes, it's a can of worms best left unopened imo.

while the debate of ground share in ongoing, Cas (which I think will never happen anyway, I wouldn't want to share FWIW) & Wakefield AFC (Who play in Red and Blue i think?)

What is the colour of the seats going to be in the new stand? not sure if this has been answered before?

Well for me, there are 7 blocks of seats. Starting from North end, A.B.C.D.E.F.G. Block A&B =White. C = Red. D the directors etc seats =Blue, blocks E= Red, and blocks F & G white. :D
