I think they only needed to open up 1 quota spot to register their incoming signings.

Opening 2 I think paves the way for another, which I expect could be Mago with Dupree going to Wigan.

I’d say it’s either Mago or Singleton leaving Wigan to make room for Dupree. Singleton early to Salford or Mago on loan to Cas.

I'm a Hull fan and Fonua was very poor during his second stint with us. We released him and I was staggered that Radford signed him for Cas.

Cas are clearing the decks to bring quota players in by the looks of it. I thought Vete would be the first to go. He was appalling against us the other week and has been all season apparently.

Cas brought in Talipase from NSW comp. Played for Lebanon in World Cup. They’ve 3 new fresh quota players. Be interesting to see how they go. Pretty much unknown quantities.

According to Love Rugby League article they only needed to release 1 quota player to register their current incoming players that have been announced.

I think they must have a plan so have released 2.

Just had a read on the Cas Forum (as you do from time to time) apparently they lost £766k last season....... that's terrifying.

We had one quota spot free after Mamo retired but we've signed 3 overseas players this week so have released Fanua and Fairimo. Incidentally who did you release to fit big Dave in.
